Until July 2024, Hero Mighty Patches were unavailable in the Swiss market. To introduce the brand and quickly build visibility among Swiss consumers, Hero teamed up with Refluenced to run targeted influencer activations focused on authentic, local storytelling.


Strategy & Execution

Over a 6-month campaign, Hero collaborated with ~300 nano- and micro-influencers through Refluenced. Each influencer received:

  • 100 CHF cash

  • 100 CHF worth of product

The campaign focused on:

  • Personal skincare stories across Instagram & TikTok

  • Authentic community content that showcased real use cases

  • Reposting influencer content to populate Hero’s newly launched Swiss Instagram account

The creators’ local follower base ensured the content stayed relevant, regional, and relatable — driving not only awareness but social media conversions as well.

Result

The Hero Mighty Patch campaign achieved remarkable visibility in a brand-new market. With nearly 1.2 million TikTok impressions and 264k Instagram views, it’s likely that every Swiss beauty enthusiast encountered the product through influencer content.
