The active phase is the time period during which creators create their content, upload it to social media, and synchronize it with Refluenced. In most cases, this phase lasts 14 days.

To synchronize content from Instagram or TikTok with our platform, creators must correctly set all hashtags, tags, and links that you specified in the campaign. If there are any issues, the influencer should definitely contact our team via DM on Instagram or send an email to info@refluenced.com. We will ensure that the content can be successfully synchronized.

If the creators have not posted any content 2 days before the deadline, our influencer manager proactively reaches out to them and reminds them.
